Sampath Narayanan has rich experience from contributing to open source fin-tech projects and working with fin-tech startups. Completing his undergrad in India, he has journeyed through writing hello world programs to developing the covid help app for Portugal's Police Department. He is a mentor who also writes on platforms like medium and dev.to. His recent achievements include winning the Stellar Meredian Hackathon 2020, publishing a flutter package in pub.dev, and learning paddle-boarding.
Luke de HaaS
Luke de Haas is a purebred entrepreneur. He started his first “real” company while in his dorm at Laurier in 2016, an Esports platform that allowed users to play Fortnite and FIFA competitively. After selling the platform in 2018 to OESL, he started plotting his next business, which has now become Mosea (MO-ZEE). Mosea is a mobile-first platform that allows users to host events, create groups to split expenses and pay peers directly.
Ritesh Andley is a seasoned professional who brings 17 years of experience in leadership roles across product management, strategy formulation & marketing, in the digital finance domain. He is an engineer and with an MBA. He is currently working with Celero as a Product manager for digital banking and FinTech solutions and is setting up a marketplace of FinTech solutions for the Credit Union clients across Canada. In his present role and similar roles before he has closely worked with vendors in the space of Artificial intelligence, Biometric authentication, Payments, Personal finance management, Fraud management, e-KYC and Robotic process automation.
Megan Liu is a senior undergraduate student at the University of Toronto, studying finance, strategy, and innovation. She is currently on a professional experience year working at Wealthsimple as an Operations Intern, and will be joining Mastercard Advisors as an Associate Consultant Intern for the summer. She is passionate about fintech and environmental sustainability, and hopes to create a positive impact through business.
